Bishops College clinched the top spot in the 2024 National Secondary School Nutrition Quiz, successfully defending their championship title at the finals hosted on April 19th at the Grenada Youth Centre. St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School secured second place, followed by Hillsborough Secondary School in third.
Competing alongside were J W Fletcher Catholic Secondary School, claiming fourth place, and Grenville Secondary School. Throughout the event, students engaged in five challenging rounds covering various aspects of their Home Economics curriculum, including:
- Nutrition
- Nutritional Status, Diet, and Health
- Providing Food for Different Needs
- Food and Food Science
- Practical Food Preparation
- The Kitchen
- Calculations
